In communities where mental health isn’t even heard of, let alone understood, YOU help provide knowledge about mental wellbeing through lessons designed with facts, circle time and activities that empowers children and adolescents with techniques to master wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. Teachers and counsellors use promotive and preventive strategies to bring hope and positivity to young ones and families. Several sessions are being held amongst Orphan’s Promise School of Life to mark Mental Health Day in October extending emotional support to vulnerable children. They are being guided to identify and navigate through the many mental wellbeing issues they face.

Your generosity is enabling healthier lifestyles, and bright futures for children. Whether it is fighting negative peer influence, dealing with bullies or overcoming fears, children are being taught to recognise and cope with feelings.
